I love this dress that Aunt Liz got for Riley and I just had to post a couple of these.....she just looks so darn cute!!

Team Reid in town!

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! Team Reid stopped by for a visit to meet Riley in person! With every one's hectic schedule Sallie was able to "squeeze in" a quick trip!! We took the girls to the playground on Sunday....oh was it hot!!! Riley LOVED the swing! Tony had to work Rolling Thunder all day so it was just us girls hanging out. We grilled out for dinner and the girls entertained Riley. I don't think she knew what to do with herself with so much attention!! The weekend flew by, of course, but it was GREAT non-the-less! Team Reid rolled out this morning for a jaunt up to New Jersey and then back to good ole New York!

We have a tooth!

At 8 1/2 months Riley has gotten her first tooth. She is such a big girl and loves to do everything by herself. She is holding her own bottle to eat, sits with no problem, and can pull herself up on the furniture. She can stand for as long as she wants, although balancing is still a little problem. She is eating baby food 3 to 4 times a day. She is talking all the time, but we are still waiting for her first word. I swear that she said "DaDa" but it was never confirmed by her Mother.
We are now at that time where new things are happening everyday, and her abilities are quickly progressing. I will try to post more frequently, however we have been busy with work and other things. I don't know if I mentioned it before but Lisa got a promotion at her job last month. Congrats to Lisa! I am still on Motors, but it is not a bad job. I had to get up this morning at 2:30 am to work overtime on a movie detail. The movie is Night a the Museum 2, I will tell Ben Stiller you said hi!

Happy Birthday Mommy!

8 months!

Well, the little bird is 8 months old! She had her first buggy ride at daycare today and she loved it!! On Monday she is officially being moved to the crawler side of the room. She's not technically mobile quite yet, but watching the other kids scoot around should motivate her :0) Tonight we hung out on the deck with her new outside chair. She loves being the "big girl" !! Speaking of being a big girl....she is trying to type right now....I'll let her add a few words.......hj dfcvf v klkllv

Lisa decided to go red! I love her new haircut and color. It is quite a bit shorter and the red is a great color.
